Reglamento (CE) n\u00ba 1907\/2006 relativo al registro, la evaluaci\u00f3n, la autorizaci\u00f3n y la restricci\u00f3n de las sustancias y preparados qu\u00edmicos (REACH).<\/p>

La normativa exige que todas las \u2018sustancias\u2019, que incluyen todos los metales, se registren en REACH. Sin embargo, es importante tener en cuenta que la normativa REACH distingue entre \u2018sustancias\u2019 y \u2018preparaciones\u2019 (que est\u00e1n cubiertas por REACH) y \u2018art\u00edculos\u2019 (que no est\u00e1n regulados por REACH y no requieren registro).<\/p>

Nuestros productos semiterminados est\u00e1ndar en aluminio, aleaciones de aluminio, acero inoxidable y aleaciones de cobre, como l\u00e1minas, planchas, tubos, barras y extrusiones, se clasifican como \u2018art\u00edculos\u2019 y no requieren registro. Los tochos, planchones, palanquillas coladas en continuo y lingotes mecanizados tambi\u00e9n se clasifican como \u2018art\u00edculos\u2019 y no requieren registro. Sin embargo, ciertos tipos de lingotes, como los lingotes \u2018en bruto de colada\u2019, los lingotes de laminaci\u00f3n y los lingotes producidos para procesos de extrusi\u00f3n, se clasifican como \u2018preparaciones\u2019 y, por lo tanto, requerir\u00edan registro.<\/p>

Por las razones expuestas, podemos confirmar que los productos que le suministramos de nuestra gama est\u00e1ndar se clasifican como \u2018art\u00edculos\u2019 y, por lo tanto, no necesitan registrarse en REACH.<\/p>

Due diligence has been carried out on our current supplier base to establish that \u2018substances\u2019 and \u2018preparations\u2019 which require registration under REACH have been registered or confirm the absence of such chemicals. For this reason, as far as reasonably practicable, we can confirm that majority of our standard semi-finished products detailed above, don\u2019t contain any of the chemicals listed in the current Candidate List of Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) 19th January 2021 with the exception of the declaration below.<\/p>

Additionally, where a grade of material is ordered by a customer where the British, European or International Standard covering the grade requires a deliberate addition of one or more of the substances in order to comply with the standard\/grade requirements. In this case, the material will contain a value of each substance in line with the standard requirements.<\/p>

We declare that some Aluminium & Copper\/Brass articles that we sell have the chemical substances, indicated in Attachment XIV of the Reach Regulation as amended on 19\/01\/2021, present in quantities above 0.1% are:<\/p>
