R\u00e8glement (CE) n\u00b0 1907\/2006 concernant l'enregistrement, l'\u00e9valuation et l'autorisation des substances chimiques, ainsi que les restrictions applicables \u00e0 ces substances (REACH).<\/p>

Les r\u00e8glements exigent que toutes les \u2018 substances \u2019, y compris tous les m\u00e9taux, soient enregistr\u00e9es dans le cadre de REACH. Il est toutefois important de noter que les r\u00e8glements REACH distinguent les \u2018 substances \u2019 et les \u2018 pr\u00e9parations \u2019 (qui sont couvertes par REACH) des \u2018 articles \u2019 (qui ne sont pas r\u00e9gis par REACH et ne n\u00e9cessitent pas d'enregistrement).<\/p>

Nos produits semi-finis standard en aluminium, alliages d'aluminium, acier inoxydable et alliages de cuivre tels que t\u00f4les, plaques, tubes, barres et profil\u00e9s, sont tous class\u00e9s comme des \u2018 articles \u2019 et ne n\u00e9cessitent pas d'enregistrement. Les billettes, blooms, lopins de coul\u00e9es continues et lingots usin\u00e9s sont \u00e9galement class\u00e9s comme des \u2018 articles \u2019 et ne n\u00e9cessitent pas d'enregistrement. Cependant, certains types de lingots tels que les lingots \u2018 tels que coul\u00e9s \u2019, les lingots de laminage et les lingots produits pour les proc\u00e9d\u00e9s d'extrusion, sont class\u00e9s comme des \u2018 pr\u00e9parations \u2019 et devraient, par cons\u00e9quent, \u00eatre enregistr\u00e9s.<\/p>

Pour les raisons \u00e9voqu\u00e9es, nous pouvons confirmer que les produits qui vous sont fournis dans notre gamme standard sont class\u00e9s comme des \u2018 articles \u2019 et, par cons\u00e9quent, n'ont pas besoin d'\u00eatre enregistr\u00e9s dans le cadre de REACH.<\/p>

Une copie des diagrammes de production pour l'aluminium et l'acier inoxydable est disponible sur demande, afin d'aider \u00e0 clarifier les d\u00e9finitions de \u2018substances\u2019, \u2018pr\u00e9parations\u2019 et \u2018articles\u2019.\u2019<\/p>

Due diligence has been carried out on our current supplier base to establish that \u2018substances\u2019 and \u2018preparations\u2019 which require registration under REACH have been registered or confirm the absence of such chemicals. For this reason, as far as reasonably practicable, we can confirm that majority of our standard semi-finished products detailed above, don\u2019t contain any of the chemicals listed in the current Candidate List of Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) 19th January 2021 with the exception of the declaration below.<\/p>

Additionally, where a grade of material is ordered by a customer where the British, European or International Standard covering the grade requires a deliberate addition of one or more of the substances in order to comply with the standard\/grade requirements. In this case, the material will contain a value of each substance in line with the standard requirements.<\/p>

We declare that some Aluminium & Copper\/Brass articles that we sell have the chemical substances, indicated in Attachment XIV of the Reach Regulation as amended on 19\/01\/2021, present in quantities above 0.1% are:<\/p>

    The “Candidate list” of SVHC substances is periodically updated by ECHA and is accessible on the\u00a0ECHA website.<\/p>
