Y\u00f6netmelikler, t\u00fcm metalleri kapsayan \u2018maddelerin\u2019 REACH kapsam\u0131nda kay\u0131t alt\u0131na al\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131 gerektirir. Ancak REACH Y\u00f6netmeliklerinin \u2018maddeler\u2019 ve \u2018m\u00fcstahzarlar\u2019 (REACH kapsam\u0131na girer) ile \u2018e\u015fyalar\u2019 (REACH kapsam\u0131na girmez ve kay\u0131t gerektirmez) aras\u0131nda ayr\u0131m yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtmek \u00f6nemlidir.<\/p>

Al\u00fcminyum, al\u00fcminyum ala\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131, paslanmaz \u00e7elik ve bak\u0131r ala\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131 gibi standart yar\u0131 mamul \u00fcr\u00fcnlerimiz, sac, plaka, boru, \u00e7ubuk ve profiller \u2018\u00fcr\u00fcn\u2019 olarak s\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r ve kay\u0131tlar\u0131 gerekmez. K\u00fct\u00fckler, BLOOM'lar, s\u00fcrekli d\u00f6k\u00fcm yass\u0131 mamulleri ve i\u015flenmi\u015f k\u00fcl\u00e7eler de \u2018\u00fcr\u00fcn\u2019 olarak s\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r ve kay\u0131tlar\u0131 gerekmez. Ancak, \u2018d\u00f6k\u00fcm halindeki\u2019 k\u00fcl\u00e7eler, haddeleme k\u00fcl\u00e7eleri ve ekstr\u00fczyon i\u015flemleri i\u00e7in \u00fcretilen k\u00fcl\u00e7eler gibi belirli k\u00fcl\u00e7e t\u00fcrleri \u2018haz\u0131rl\u0131klar\u2019 olarak s\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r ve bu nedenle kay\u0131tlar\u0131 gerekir.<\/p>

Al\u00fcminyum ve paslanmaz \u00e7elik \u00fcretim \u015femalar\u0131n\u0131n bir kopyas\u0131, \u2018maddeler\u2019, \u2018m\u00fcstahzarlar\u2019 ve \u2018e\u015fyalar\u2019 tan\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 netle\u015ftirmeye yard\u0131mc\u0131 olmak i\u00e7in talep \u00fczerine mevcuttur.\u2019<\/p>

Due diligence has been carried out on our current supplier base to establish that \u2018substances\u2019 and \u2018preparations\u2019 which require registration under REACH have been registered or confirm the absence of such chemicals. For this reason, as far as reasonably practicable, we can confirm that majority of our standard semi-finished products detailed above, don\u2019t contain any of the chemicals listed in the current Candidate List of Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) 19th January 2021 with the exception of the declaration below.<\/p>

Additionally, where a grade of material is ordered by a customer where the British, European or International Standard covering the grade requires a deliberate addition of one or more of the substances in order to comply with the standard\/grade requirements. In this case, the material will contain a value of each substance in line with the standard requirements.<\/p>

We declare that some Aluminium & Copper\/Brass articles that we sell have the chemical substances, indicated in Attachment XIV of the Reach Regulation as amended on 19\/01\/2021, present in quantities above 0.1% are:<\/p>
